---Grading Policy---
Each enamel pin is made by hand, not mass produced by machines. As a result, minor to major errors are bound and expected to happen. Please read below for more information regarding pin grades:

Standard Grade: The pin is as close to flawless as possible. It may contain minor manufacturing flaws that can be seen very close or when angled that will not take away from the overall look of the pin. This includes but is not limited to: light scuffs, dings/dents, pin pricks, dust specks, minor screen print errors, wobbly back posts, wiggling pin on pin, small plating issues on the sides not visible from the front, bent back posts, scratched backs, or any errors at all prevalent on the back of a pin. Anything with special effects has a higher chance of containing minor issues such as uneven glitter specks, small dark areas in glow in the dark, bubbles in the stain glass or glittered areas, and so forth.
- Seconds Grade: May have a more obvious flaw(s) vlisible to the eye. This may include, but is not limited to: pinpricks, deep scratches, scuff marks, under filled enamel, missing or misplaced enamel, air bubbles, screen printed errors, visible plating errors on the front or sides, misprinting, or other imperfections. Photos of flaw(s) will not be taken. All purchased Seconds Grade pins will be selected at random. These are FLAWED pins. Purchaser agrees to purchase Seconds Grade pins in as-is condition. No returns or refunds are accepted.
---Refunds and Exchanges---
Standard Grade Pins: If you feel something is wrong with a Standard grade pin, feel free to email pictures to [email protected]. The photos will be reviewed and a determination made if there was in error in grading the pin. If so, Pins With Ley will provide either a refund or exchange.
In the event of an exchange or refund, Purchaser agrees to pay return shipping. All refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days once the pin has been returned to Pins With Ley headquarters.
Exchanges are only permitted for the same item in a Standard grade. Exchanges will be shipped within 3-5 business days once the exchanged pin has been returned to Pins With Ley headquarters. If there are no Standard grade pins left for the item, a refund will be provided.
Pins With Ley retains the right to deny any request for a refund or exchange.
Seconds Grade Pins: There are no refunds or exchanges for Seconds Grade pins. Purchaser agrees to purchase Seconds Grade pins in as-is condition. No returns or refunds are accepted.
International Exchanges: Due to shipping costs, no refunds or exchanges are premitted for orders outside of the United States, unless Purchaser is willing to pay the return shipping both to and from me. This policy has to be made as I am a small business and it is difficult to take a large shipping cost loss. Thank you for your understanding.
---Order Cancellations---
Pins With Ley does accept order cancellations.
---Shipping and Address Changes---
USPS First Class mail and USPS First Class International mail is used to ship all items unless otherwise stated. All items come with a tracking number.
Shipping prices were calculated using the USPS Postal Explorer. Pins With Ley does not profit from shipping costs. See this link for more information:

All orders can take anywhere from 7-14 business days to process and pack your orders. Packages are taken to the post office on Saturdays only.
Once shipped, Pins With Ley is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, returned packages, or any damages they may occur in transit. Any claims can be made by the purchaser directly with USPS. Pins With Ley will not make any USPS claims.
Purchaser is responsible for paying any local taxes, customs fee, and duties.
---Combining Orders---
If Purchaser has placed multiple orders that have yet to be shipped, requests to combine orders may be requested via email to [email protected]. Combining orders will be made on a case-by-case basis.
